How do I secure my wedding date?
A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required after trial.

4 weeks before the wedding date
What is your cancellation policy?
3 weeks before the wedding day would incur a 50% refund of the balance amount. After 3 weeks the whole amount is not refundable.
Can I make changes to my booking after it's confirmed?
depending on what type of changes and if they are available.

Do I need a hair and makeup trial?
Yes it is recommended
When should I book my trial?
As soon as you can to assure we are the right fit for you.
Where do trials take place?
Either at your place or the artist salon
How long does a trial last?
1.5 hours for each service.
Can I try more than one look?
Yes, providing it remains within the 1.5 hours time frame.
What should I bring to my hair trial?
Bring inspiration pictures, hair extensions, lashes if you like particular ones, vail.
How long will hair and make up take on the wedding day?
Generally we allow 45 -1 hour each person, for each service
What time should we start?
We calculate from when the photographer arrives and set it to finish 30 minutes before.
Would you travel to my location?
Yes, a travel fee is added depending on how far from the CBD the location is.
Do you stay for touch ups before this ceremony?
Yes, this service is additional, fees apply.
Can you stay for a second look or reception touch ups?
Yes, this service is additional, fees apply.
What if my wedding starts very early?
There are no early fees charges.
Who will be my artist?
You will be matched with the artist that best caters to your needs.
Can I choose my artist?
Yes, provided they are available.
What if my artist becomes unavailable?
If your artist becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances,you will be assigned another artist, your notes will be passed on to them. If you are not happy with the solution, we will give you a full refund.

Yes, they are all experts in their field, with years of experience.

We stock a variety, suitable for all skin types.
Do you apply false lashes?
Yes, they are complimentary, unless you have a special request.
Can you work with mature skin?
Yes absolutely, our artists are trained and worked with all skin types, age and race.
Do you style all hair types and textures?
Yes, our artist can work with all hair types.
Can you apply hair extensions?
Yes, our artists are highly skilled in clip in or woven in hair extensions.
Can you help place my veil and accessories?
Yes, our service is to provide you with care and time for all your needs.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, the minimum is 3 people or the sum of the equivalent fee must apply.
How many people can your team accommodate?
We at Elite are a team that can accommodate as many you need.
How should I prepare my skin before the wedding?
We have a custom plan for each bride that would be shared before and the lead up to the wedding day.
Should I wash my hair before my appointment:
Wash your hair the day before, unless otherwise instructed by your stylist.
What should everyone wear while getting ready?
At Elite we advise you to wear a robe or dress that buttons down, can be easily removed without interfering with your hair and makeup.
What if someone has allergies or skin concerns?
Please advise us before your trial date.
Are there any additional costs for public holidays or early starts?
No.
